Growing up, it seemed the summers always got shorter and shorter the older I got. There’s the summer job that takes up a good chunk of time, maybe several trips to finalize college decisions, practices for fall sports that start in July…and before you know it, Senior Year is here!

There is so much to look forward to this year; working hard for that diploma, maybe a state championship in your favorite sport, your high school musical and of course your senior yearbook.

Believe it or not, time for Senior Portraits is …. NOW. Your yearbook likely has a fall or early winter deadline for submitting your senior portraits so you want to make sure you schedule a Senior Portrait Session relatively soon. It’s also best to take advantage of the end-of-summer weather, especially if you want some outdoor portraits.

Senior Portraits are one of those images you and your family will hang onto forever. It will likely become one of your mom’s all-time favorites. Years from now, your kids will laugh at your hair and your clothes but say “Mom, you were so pretty!” And you’ll look at the images and find yourself filled with nostalgia for those fun-filled high school days.
