Choosing a wedding photographer is kind of a big deal! They will be spending the entire day right by your side as well as being in frequent communication during the months leading up to and following your wedding. This being said, you're going to want to make sure that you really like your wedding photographer and feel comfortable around them. Thinking of them as just another one of your friends who happens to be documenting your wedding day is a good way to look at it! Oh and don't forget about the fact that this will be the only way you will be able to remember the day you married your best friend, so be certain you love their work as well. Throughout this guide you'll get to know me, Nicole, and learn about the wedding experience you'll receive when working with us!
Throughout the past 8 years and over 100 weddings that I have photographed, one thing always seems to stand out. Not only am I a photographer, but I'm also a dress fluffer, boutonniere pinner, button sewer, bouquet holder, timeline keeper, hair fixer, hype girl and so much more. I make it my responsibility to go beyond the traditional duty of photographing your big day by assisting with timeline prep, recommending the best vendors I know, and making sure your day is flawless! Because I know that months of hard work, anticipation, and excitement have all lead to this day! It’s time, so relax and enjoy this time while I get to work! I can’t wait to celebrate your love and create genuine joy filled photographs of your two families becoming one.
Lacing up my hiking boots and going on an adventure is one of my favorite things to do. It could be a trail at a local state park or hiking up the Flat Irons in Colorado! I'm always up for climbing a mountain and being outside!
I'd consider myself to be a plant Mom with the countless succulents and plants that fill my home! I never said I was a good plant Mom... but I'm working on it!
My best friend's name is also Nicole. Her family calls me "Dee Dee Dah", a name given to me by her son, so there's never any confusion. I shot her wedding in 2018 and was a bridesmaid! Nicole second shoots and assists me from time to time too!

Preview images will be available on social media 4 days after your wedding. In 4-6 weeks, your online gallery will be delivered and will be active for 6 months from the date of delivery.
Every wedding is different and each couple has different priorities when it comes to pictures which all factors into how many images I deliver. On average you can expect roughly 75 images per hour of coverage.
If you want us there celebrating all night and into the morning with you, let's do it! You may need to add additional hours of coverage if you'd like us to stay until the very end. We're happy to be there as long as you'd like! However, usually one hour of dancing coverage is plenty!
Yes, I sure do! $1,000,000 worth just in case. If your venue is in need of proof of insurance, please let me know and I will send a copy their way.
I believe strongly in the value of tangible prints. Your photos should be hanging in your home and placed in stunning albums for you to enjoy every day! In additional to the memory book, you will receive an online gallery of high resolution digital images to share with your family and friends! You, and whomever you share your wedding gallery with, will be able to view, download, and purchase prints for 6 months.
Yes! You'll have two photographers to capture every moment of your wedding day. This allows us to be in two places at once, giving you more pictures and allowing us to fully capture every aspect of your day!
There may be a travel fee depending on your wedding location. For weddings over two hours from Ballston Lake, there is a $50/hour travel fee. For weddings 3 hours away or more a hotel must be provided for the night of the wedding.
Yes! I have a wonderful network of fantastic photographers to call upon in the rare event I am unable to photograph your wedding, such as for a family emergency, hospitalized illness, or any acts of God.
Where do I even begin? From my first phone call with Nicole Weeks I instantly knew I had found our wedding photographer and a friend for life. Nicole was with us every step of the way. From meeting for coffee to scope out our first look location to having our wedding photos done in record time to writing the most beautiful, heartfelt blog of our wedding day - Nicole is incredible, talented, thoughtful, and such a special person. She made sure to capture every photo we wanted, she vibed so well with all of our vendors! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicole as a photographer and person, but if you are thinking about booking her, DO IT! I can’t stop looking at our photo gallery and I am so looking forward to gifting photos to our friends and family.
Everyday I walk by photographs hanging in my home. I see memories of my parents on their wedding day, my siblings and I spending time together, family vacations and adventures with loved ones. I catch myself standing in front of these photographs reminiscing about the special moments that we have lived through and the memories that we've created. It’s a reminder that life is meant to be celebrated! These moments displayed on my walls, coffee tables and in albums will never be forgotten on a phone or lost on a computer. With prints, we can share our stories, memories and experiences with the ones we love most and the new friends we invite into our homes.
Every collection includes a Memory Book! This is an 8x8" linen covered album including 10 spreads (20 pages), a custom design, and engraving on the cover. You can upgrade your book to a Full Length Album (25 spreads), available as an 8x8", 10x10", or 12"x12"! You also have the options to add more spreads, upgrade to a leather and add luxury matte paper for an extra layer of luxury!
A design session is a time for us to meet through Zoom while we create your wedding album! After a slideshow of a predesigned album design we'll go through each page and customize it to be exactly what you want! Memory books and albums are also perfect gifts for your parents! All orders will be finalized during this session and full payment will be due to ensure you receive your heirlooms as soon as possible!
The average NWP couple spends around $1000 during their design session depending on the album upgrades and parent albums desired.
After our meeting, your design will be sent off to be created! Next your album will be shipped to my office for careful review and inspection before sending it on it's way to you! In total you can expect to receive your final album between 2-3 weeks after your design session. Trust me, the wait is well worth the lifetime of memories held in this book!
