Moroccan rugs, old church windows, a beautiful couple and a perfect morning. Does it really get much better than that?! Alison, boss lady of Life and Love Events, contacted me for another styled shoot collaboration a few months ago and I have been waiting for this day to come for a very long time! She always sends me photos of the items she has collected for each shoot we do and they always get more enticing leading up to the shoot day. I asked Alison about her thoughts and vision and this is what she had to say:
“Pretty soon after our last styled shoot, Molly from RovImports sent me a picture of these amazing old church windows her father had salvaged and suggested we do a styled shoot with them at some point. Immediately I said yes! As soon as I saw them I knew they would be the start of our next collaboration. Weddings can be very traditional but I am seeing more and more that people like to do something a little different, a little more personal. We decided to make an small intimate wedding shoot that isn’t what you see everyday (with the help of those windows of course)!”
With Alison’s vision, Molly’s phenomenal imported finds, and Reeds Handmade’s breathtaking church windows and charming property I’d say this shoot was as success! This is one of my favorite collaborations to date and working along side the other insanely talented small business owners is always a delight!
