This fall celebration had family, friends, their beloved dog Socks, and even a few surprises that made it unforgettable. Let’s just say their big day included a wall of donuts, a visit from a local State Trooper and a mountain adventure!

Olivia and Cyle’s Intimate Wedding Ceremony in Lake George

The day started with Olivia and Cyle getting ready separately at the gorgeous Sagamore Golf House. Olivia shared a touching first look with her dad outside while Cyle stayed tucked away inside. Waiting anxiously to see his Bride as she walked down the aisle. Guests settled on the balcony that overlooked part of Sagamore Golf Course. Olivia and Cyle said their heartfelt vows that had everyone in tears, especially with a beautiful poem read by Olivia’s sister.

Family, friends, and furry companion Socks all played a role, making the ceremony feel warm, intimate, and completely authentic. Afterward, we captured group photos, soaking in all the laughter and candid moments from their loved ones.

State Trooper Visit at a Lake George Intimate Wedding

Here’s where the day got really special! Knowing Olivia and Cyle are both New York State Troopers, I reached out to a local station. I scheduled a trooper car to show up at their elopement for a few photos! It was a personal touch that perfectly celebrated a huge part of who they are. We spent a little time taking some special pictures with the car before sending the Trooper back on duty! Olivia and Cyle were all about the details at their intimate Lake George wedding and even had a wall of donuts! A true nod to their State Trooper Status!

Adventure at Experience Outdoors in Lake Placid

Once the family moments were wrapped, it was time for some adventure. Olivia, Cyle, and I drove up to Experience Outdoors in Lake Placid for a side-by-side ride around the mountains. With a quick pit stop at Stewarts Shops for a coffee and cookies! They shared private vows against a mountain view making this moment super special and intimate. This was the perfect chance to enjoy a quiet moment together while we captured epic portraits against the stunning Adirondack scenery. The ride was laid-back, fun, and totally representative of their adventurous spirits. Plus it gave them some alone time to soak in the fact that they just got married! On the way back we pulled off the main road to get some beautiful lakeside portraits too.

Intimate Lake George Wedding Reception

Back at their Airbnb, the celebration continued with a delicious family dinner and a champagne toast. When we arrived everyone had changed into more comfortable clothes for a nice relaxed evening! Olivia and Cyle shared their first dance, followed by a father-daughter dance, a mother-son and stepmom-son dance. Cyle also danced with his nieces to make them feel extra special! The evening was relaxed, full of laughter and an explosion of champage!
