You may remember the Hernandez Family from their maternity session just a few weeks ago! They drove up to Albany from their home in Connecticut to get some maternity photos. Little did they know that baby Calvin would make his appearance just two weeks later! Talk about perfect timing!

His arrival was a bit of a surprise as he wasn’t due for another few weeks. Coming in at 7lbs 8oz, Calvin Mitchel was born on June 14th, 2021! Thank goodness Abbey’s mom spent some time at their house helping get their nursery ready well before Calvin came into the world. Their theme of Disney Pixar’s movie UP might just be the cutest nursery I have every seen!

Abbey’s super talented mom hand painted the iconic house with balloons, from the movie, on the wall. She also created a lamp in the shape of Kevin, the giant bird from the movie! Did I mention she crocheted characters from the movie to place around the nursery as well?! I’m not sure what this woman isn’t capable of creating. I was absolutely blown away when Abbey told me all the things her mom made for Calvin’s nursery.

Watching Jordan and Abbey gush over their sweet baby boy was such a joy! With Calvin only being just over a week old, he was such a trooper getting his newborn photos done. With minimal fussing and beautiful big eyes, he was perfect! I think their pup was a little jealous of not being the star of the show but we made sure to have him join in a few family photos.Calvin finished up his session sporting the cutest little jumpsuit!

This sweet baby is already so loved by his mom and dad! I know that he is going to be absolutely spoiled by his grandparents! Welcome to the world Calvin Mitchell!
