Just north of Denver, Colorado, you’ll find the jaw dropping views of the Flatirons. After getting married in Upstate New York, Angela and Tim moved out west to start their next chapter. Their Boulder Anniversary session at sunset was a dream! The weather was perfect, the scenery was spectacular and even through it was graduation weekend, we found secluded areas for privacy.

Since getting married in 2018, Angela and Tim hadn’t taken any updated photos so they were long overdue. This couple was looking for a location that displayed the beauty of where they now called home! In the heart of Boulder, Colorado, you’ll find the Flatirons. These iconic views in downtown Boulder are massive rock formations that you’ll see many businesses use as a landmark.

Angela and Tim are high school sweethearts and have been together for over a decade! You’d have thought they were in the honeymoon phase of their relationship with how madly in love they are with each other. They laughed throughout their Boulder anniversary session so much that my cheeks hurt from laughing along with them!

Taking photos of them to celebrate their anniversary was a piece of cake! These two were pretty much up for anything I asked them to do. We survived Colorado’s Summer heat and avoided the crowds at this popular location. It was so good to see Angela and Tim after so many years! Although they may miss the people who still live back in NY, the Colorado mountains now have their heart.
